Education is not just about the subjects that are learnt and taught in school. Becoming educated is not restricted to being in school and then in college, gathering certificates and feeling proud of oneself. It is a lifelong exercise that can be unbelievably exciting if only we wish to jump onto the train of experience and take a trip to every conceivable place on the earth. But this cannot be done literally and that’s why first we go to educational institute and then as we go on through the journey of life.
We all have to be on the same page: children, teachers and parents have to understand real purpose of education. Parents and teachers must encourage children to ask as many questions as they can. For it is in wanting to know that will result in actually getting to know.
Moreover, we believe that CHILDREN LEARN WHAT THEY LIVE, like as
* If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn.
* If a child lives with praise, he learns to appreciate.
* If a child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient.
* If a child lives with ridicule, he learns to be shy.
* If a child lives with encouragement, he learns confidence.
* If a child lives with shame, he learns to feel guilty.
* If a child lives with fairness, he learns justice.
* If a child lives with acceptance and friendship,he learns to find love in the world.
At Lords, the uniqueness of each children is recognized, nurtured and treasured. Emphasis is on LEARNING and not on teaching. Our endeavor is to equip our students with life-skills to face the real world. Our focus is to develop our students as global citizens, with tolerance, respect and appreciation of diverse cultures and religions for a life-time learning experience. All should be self-motivated, independent, confident decision makers to take up a leadership roles in future.
My message to the Principals, Staff, Students and esteemed Parents of Lords administered by founder Directors, is to dedicate this year to a correct understanding of what education really means and let us all benefit from this understanding.
In this edition, I want to talk about, "How should parents deal with their kids?" Life has become different and we have embraced it wholeheartedly.
Our children are the most precious treasure to us but sometimes we, the parents,unknowingly do severe damage to their mind and obstacles for their smooth mental growth.
It hurts me when I see some parents stand firm that their kids must beat their classmates. They always compare the performance of their kids with those of their classmates; scold them badly if they failed to achieve their expected grades. Comparing kids this way damages their self-confidence and makes them jealous at every success of others. This generates hatred in their mind and they never know how to appreciate the good deeds of others.
Maltreating kids this way should be a serious offense. Every kid is unique and is born with some extraordinary qualities within.
Therefore, there is no point in comparing. A kid should be encouraged to compete with himself. He should be encouraged to break his own all past records rather than forcing him to compete with his classmates.

School is our second home and from here we are able to learn and acquire knowledge. Throughout my entire teaching life, I have always tried my level best to inculcate the subjective knowledge and moral values within my students. LORDS' main objective is to provide students with quality education and to create a platform where these students can culture their inner talents and skills to achieve their goals.

LORDS, An English Medium School has made praiseworthy success within a short time and is growing rapidly in terms of academic progress by providing education. Being a part of this school as a Biology faculty, I want to provide all the best materials to my students which they can utilize as an essential element for their outstanding results. I personally believe that with proper guidance and unity between our LORD'S community of directors, teachers, students and staff we will be able to reach the peak of success one day!
"Do not run after success; in fact make yourself capable enough to make success run after you". These lines must be remembered by all in order to get rewarded in life. One should inculcate determination and confidence to acquire perfection.
LORDS is not just a name, it's a dream of 9 academicians who spent their entire lives teaching children to stand with head high in the society. They have traveled a long journey in this field and acquired experience and confidence which has helped them start this venture named LORDS.
LORDS was established in 2016 and started with 34 students. We have hired a bunch of some efficient teachers whom we have trained. Our vision and mission is to create a system which will be different than other educational institutions. We have provided a homely environment for our students where they feel at ease to share their opinions and relate their own experiences with the contents taught in class. Our teachers have always given access to students to speak out about their problems so that the teachers can help them out in every way. We maintain open door policy where Parents can come in with their suggestions and even express their problems regarding any academic or extracurricular issue of their children. LORDS believes that without the collaborated efforts and contributions of Parents and Students it can never be able to make a unique stand. Success can be acquired only through unity amongst each other.
We hope to see LORDS at the peak one day with the blessings of Almighty Allah.
