I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB), and I completed both my GCE O-Level and A-Level at Dhanmondi Tutorial, an experience that laid a sturdy dual foundation in both pedagogy and administration. Ever eager to deepen my craft, I have also pursued certified training in Cambridge O-Level Mathematics and leadership development between 2014 and 2018.
Beyond the classroom, beyond the chalk dust and the lesson plans, I have discovered my deepest joy in the spaces where teaching transcends into transformation. While I treasure the art of instruction, the alchemy of cooking, and the sharp, honest dance of debate, it is mentoring that stirs my soul most profoundly.
I have always held that growth is not meant to be hoarded, but shared. That conviction has led me to weave mentoring into the fabric of my daily life, not solely for my students, but alongside my colleagues as well. To guide, to listen, to challenge with gentleness - this is the quiet rhythm I long to pass on.
I am seldom content with the well-trodden path. I am endlessly curious, forever experimenting with new methods, fresh techniques, and bold strategies in my teaching. Yet my vision does not halt at my own door. I invite my teammates to walk this road with me, to embrace innovation together—not for the sake of change alone, but for the sake of something deeper: an academic culture that is forever reaching, forever evolving, forever alive.
